- Applicants should be comfortable primarily with residential work; however, experience in commercial and industrial sectors would be an asset.

- Applicants must be a self-motivated individual who can work well both collaboratively and independently on projects.

- Applicants must be able to service the area from Barrie to Bracebridge.

- A valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle are essential.
