- Lead geotechnical construction projects across residential, industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors.
- Manage all phases of project delivery including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and site supervision.
- Review project documentation, contracts, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor project execution to ensure objectives related to quality, timelines, and budget are achieved.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff and field personnel.
- Identify and manage risks proactively with strategic mitigation planning.
- Coordinate field inspections, QA/QC activities, and health and safety practices.
- Prepare progress reports, change orders, and project close-out documentation.
- Degree or diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, contract administration, and OHSA regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and technical writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lead independently and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Records Check (within 6 months).
- Standard First Aid & CPR training is an asset.
