Description:

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L2/L3 technical support for Netskope Security Cloud products, including Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Firewall, CASB, and Private Access.

•Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to policy configuration, traffic routing, authentication, and integration.

•Assist in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Netskope solutions in customer environments.

•Collaborate with product engineering teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvements.

•Perform packet captures, log analysis, and use diagnostic tools to identify and fix security and connectivity issues.

•Support integration of Netskope with SSO, directory services (AD, Azure AD), and SIEM platforms.

•Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

•Stay up to date with new Netskope features, patches, and best practices.

•Assist in change management and scheduled maintenance activities.

•Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams or customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

•2-5 years of experience in technical support or engineering, preferably in network security or cloud security.

•Hands-on experience with Netskope security solutions (deployment, policy creation, troubleshooting).

•Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL inspection, and proxy technologies.

•Familiarity with security frameworks and protocols (IPSec, GRE, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

•Experience with integrating Netskope into enterprise network and security architectures.

•Knowledge of identity management, MFA, and zero trust concepts.

•Proficiency in using packet capture tools (Wireshark, tcpdump) and log analysis tools.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

•Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

•Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NCCSA) or related Netskope certification.

•Experience with other security technologies (Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Cisco Umbrella, Fortinet).

•Knowledge of scripting for automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

•Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
