Picture this: You walk into the office on Monday morning, coffee in hand, ready to start the week. The room is buzzing – teammates sharing wins, strategizing their next big moves, and high-fiving over Friday's record sales. This isn't just another job. This is where you get to be part of a team that thrives on connection, growth, and results.

As an Authorized Rogers Representative, we're all about helping people get connected with top-tier telecommunications solutions that genuinely make their lives better. But here's the difference – we do it our way: face to face, with a personal touch, and a genuine interest in every customer's needs.

In this role, you'll be more than a Customer Success Agent – you'll be a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and the friendly face people look forward to seeing. You'll meet clients personally, build lasting relationships, and work with your team to uncover opportunities that lead to wins for everyone.

Customer Success Agents Are Responsible For:

  • Meeting new and existing clients, building trust, and delivering tailored solutions

  • Supporting sales efforts while ensuring every interaction leaves the customer smiling

  • Managing accounts, tracking details, and keeping everything organized and accurate

  • Sharing ideas in team meetings, brainstorming strategies, and celebrating the wins together

  • Constantly growing – learning more about the products, the market, and your own potential

What's In It For You:

  • A full-time schedule with a team that actually wants to see you succeed

  • Hands-on training to sharpen your skills in sales, customer service, and account management

  • Opportunities for growth – your effort and results open doors here

  • A supportive, high-energy workplace that feels like a second home

  • Competitive pay and bonuses, because hard work should pay off

What We're Looking For:

  • A people person who thrives in conversation and connection

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative

  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

  • 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience is great, but we'll train the right person

If you're ready to be part of something exciting, where every day brings a new challenge and a new opportunity, we want to meet you!
