Assistant Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor
Location: King City, Ontario (Custom residential project ~55,000 sq ft)Salary Range: CAD 70,000 – 100,000

The Project
You'll be supporting a major residential build in King City

  • There are multiple buildings, all part of the project, being worked on simultaneously
  • This is a high-profile custom project that emphasizes collaborative, top-tier execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Jeremy (site super) and Jack (PM) in organizing and coordinating construction activities across all structures on-site.
  • Order and manage the delivery of materials, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
  • Supervise trade contractors and subcontractors—facilitating their coordination with architectural, structural, mechanical, and interior design teams.
  • Oversee site administration, including documentation, inspections, reporting, and quality control.
  • Support project delivery while maintaining G.E.S.'s high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly with the project team to align schedules, resolve issues, and execute plans effectively.
  • Provide operational support—minimizing tool-based work, maximizing strategic supervision.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in residential construction supervision, ideally for large-scale custom homes.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing material procurement.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across various trades and disciplines.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, quality inspections, and on-site problem-solving.
  • Commitment to high-quality standards, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively under the leadership of Jeremy and alongside other supervisors.
