Product Manager
We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, owns outcomes, and has a builders mindset. In this role, youll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring products from concept to launchand beyond.

What You'll Do
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to streamline product development processes and reduce time-to-market while maintaining quality.
- Defining detailed feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Communicating product changes, updates, and release notes clearly to internal stakeholders and the wider company.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams to build and launch features.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics; use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.
- Gather user feedback, conduct interviews, and synthesize insights to inform product development.
- Developing and maintaining clear, accurate product documentation (e.g., user guides, internal knowledge base articles).
- Participating in QA processes, including bug reporting, verification, and user acceptance testing.
- Write product specs, user stories, and communicate requirements clearly.
- Act as the voice of the user and ensure were solving the right problems.
- Help build and scale product processes that balance speed, quality, and customer impact.
What We're Looking For
- 45 years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-paced tech environments.
- Proven experience working closely with or under a Director of Product or Technology; youve seen strong leadership in action and know how to operate under it.
- Strong technical acumenyou can have meaningful conversations with engineers and understand system implications.
- An individual who is skilled at balancing multiple priorities and making informed trade-off decisions.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and decision-maker.
- Comfortable in ambiguityyoure proactive, organized, and thrive without rigid structure.
- Experience using tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Notion, or similar.
- Strong grasp of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Bonus Points
- Experience launching 0 to 1 products or new product lines.
- Background in [your industry, e.g., SaaS, marketplaces, AI, or fintech].
- Light design, coding, or data analysis experience.
- Previous experience in a startup from Seed to Series B stage.
