Warehouse Associate - Shipping Receiving Full-Time

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our busy team specializing in custom outerwear and apparel. This role is essential in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped with accuracy and care.

What You'll Do:

• Unload shipments, inspect goods for damage, and sign off on paperwork
• Verify purchase orders against packing lists and report discrepancies
• Sort items by size, color, and style; label inventory accurately
• Consolidate shipments to improve efficiency for putaways
• Perform stock location changes and cycle counts as needed
• Relocate stock between bin locations when required
• Organize and shelve inventory in designated areas
• Print and read shipping labels for outgoing orders
• Prepare outbound shipments and safely load trucks
• Operate pallet jack and cardboard compactor (training provided)
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (sweeping, garbage/recycling)
• Support other warehouse tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
• Availability to train on the day shift
