About the Role
As a Senior Backend Engineer on our Platform team, you will design, implement, and maintain high-quality backend APIs and services that power core business operations and enable product innovation. Your work will ensure our systems scale as the company continues rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Scope, design, and implement resilient, performant backend solutions.
Collaborate with other engineers to deliver complex backend features and integrations.
Maintain and enhance existing integrations to support scaling needs.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, errors, and developer experience issues.
Lead backend engineering best practices and drive technical advancements.
Sample Projects
Build a unified API for insights data to be used across internal teams.
Store and scale metrics from multiple data providers.
About You
10+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale software systems.
Proven experience taking systems from “1 to 100” scale.
Strong skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and APIs.
Tech Stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, OpenAI SDK, MongoDB
