Note: Training will begin on the day shift for the first month before moving to the permanent night schedule (7PM–7AM, straight continental/ no rotations). Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support a team of 4–7 production operators
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met
- Maintain workflow, troubleshoot production issues, and escalate when needed
- Coach and guide team members, leading by example
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments
- Conduct pre-shift equipment and safety checks
- Maintain shift reports and documentation
- Promote a respectful and productive work culture
- Proven experience leading a team in a production or manufacturing setting
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in hot, wet, and physically demanding environments
- Experience with fabric coating or industrial processes is an asset
- A safety-first mindset and willingness to get hands-on when needed
- Open to working permanent overnight continental shifts
- $25–$27/hour + shift premiums
- Overtime paid after 40 hours/week

- Safety Gear Allowance: $220/year for boots + $200 every two years for PPE
