We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare high-quality baked goods that reflect our commitment to artisanal excellence and fresh, flavorful ingredients. The ideal candidate has experience with scratch baking, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other specialty items.
  • Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Measure, mix, and bake ingredients according to established standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized baking station in compliance with food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and baking times.
  • Assist in developing new menu items or seasonal baked offerings.
  • Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and report restocking needs.
  • Label, package, and store baked goods properly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to meet customer and catering needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all baking equipment and utensils.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef (professional or commercial kitchen preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions with precision.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Handler's Certification is a plus.

Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
