We are seeking an experienced Flat Roofing Supervisor/Manager/Foreman to join our team in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in flat roofing, with a strong focus on SBS and Torch On applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and oversee mostly commercial roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of flat roofing projects from start to finish
- Lead and manage a team of roofers ensuring high-quality work and safety compliance
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Communicate with clients and manage expectations throughout the project
- Manage materials, tools, and resources efficiently
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in flat roofing
- Expertise in SBS and Torch On roofing systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial roofing experience is preferred
