What you'll do:
- Engage with guests as they access our attractions, provide relevant facts and information
- Run our attraction safety positions as trained, including encouraging guests to follow COVID-19 safety protocol,
- To deliver programmed content in each station in an engaging manner and as trained (includes Safety Talks)
- Ensure line-ups are moving in an orderly fashion as trained
- Encourage Guests to partake in our park offerings such as Tours, Rainforest Explorer Program, and other seasonal activities
Considerations:
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time
- Team Members are expected to follow Capilano's COVID-19 health & safety guidelines and protocol,
- Team Members are expected to deliver the position as described under various weather conditions including but not limited to sun, rain, snow, sleet
- Team Members must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions in the dark
- Team Members are occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs, climb a step ladder or step stool
Who you are:
- Minimum 1 year of Guest Services experience
- Positive, friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Level 1 or 2 occupational first aid is an asset
Compensation for this position is $18.25 per hour.
