The ideal candidate will ensure a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting daily operations both in-store and through phone/email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
  • Assist customers with questions about products, services, and menu offerings.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Take and manage orders in person, over the phone, or online.
  • Maintain knowledge of all foods, offerings and specials.
  • Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Support events or catering services as needed.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
