We are seeking a Behaviour Interventionist to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.

Responsibilities:

• Create sessions for individuals or groups with diagnosed with autism
• Follow a curriculum and implement individual activities that support the curriculum
• Take data and provide anecdotal notes with clients
• Support progress and confer with the consultant to move through the curriculm
• Educate families on development programs
• Facilitate referrals to other professionals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in autism and child development or other related fields
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
