Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for hair care and styling.
• Promote additional services and retail products through effective upselling techniques.
• Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
• Foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business and client loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide cutting-edge services.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
