This role is built for someone who's great at their craft and wants to work locally in North Vancouver, Vancouver, and Burnaby - not stuck on big crews or buried in chaos. You'll work independently, take home a clean and spacious van each night, and be supported by a company that puts tradespeople first.

$40 - $45 hourly

What You'll Be Doing:

• Completing 1–2 small jobs per day, including maintenance, repairs, and small jobs
• Driving your high-roof Ford Transit van between jobs
• Working solo with professional presentation and customer communication, and attending fun team meetups
• Using our CRM software (HouseCallPro) to update progress and photos
• Keeping your van and workspace clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in handyman, carpentry, or residential renovation work
• Strong general skills: general carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, rot repair, fence repair, finishing carpentry work, furniture assembly, etc.
• Ability to problem-solve independently and manage your own schedule
• Clean Class 5 driver's license
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working full days
• Comfortable driving a full-size high-roof van
• Friendly, respectful, and reliable — the kind of guy/gal people trust in their home
