We are currently looking for a Tool Keeper / Changeover-Setup Operator to join our Huntsville team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines through the maintenance, organization, repair, and setup of tooling and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review production schedule to prepare and schedule appropriate tooling
• Inspect, clean, install, and test tooling for mechanical/electrical functionality
• Store and maintain tooling inventory following FIFO practices
• Repair tooling parts when feasible, or coordinate complex repairs with maintenance
• Troubleshoot tooling and process issues to reduce downtime and scrap
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports as required
• Promote and adhere to Health & Safety standards
• Actively participate in LEAN and 5S activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications

• 25 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with LEAN and 5S principles
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
