Salary:

We are a top-performing real estate team looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can drive measurable lead generation AND manage high-level branding initiatives. This role is equal parts performance marketing and brand marketing. Youll be responsible for building and optimizing direct response campaigns that generate leads, appointments, and closings while also ensuring our brand presence remains strong and consistent across all channels.

Your success will be measured by cost-per-lead, cost-per-appointment, ROI on branding spend, and overall company growth.

What youll do

Direct Response Marketing

  • Build, launch, and optimize lead generation funnels from cold traffic to closed sales
  • Run and scale paid traffic campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google PPC, YouTube, retargeting) with strict ROI goals
  • Write ad copy, build landing pages, and set up automations to convert traffic to leads and appointments
  • Manage database marketing: create nurture email/SMS sequences to convert existing leads into clients
  • Test, track, and optimize campaigns daily to reduce cost-per-lead and cost-per-appointment
  • Analyze performance across all objectives and report back to leadership

Brand Marketing

  • Oversee and manage all brand advertising campaigns (billboards, radio, TV, sponsorships, print, etc.)
  • Ensure the brand voice and visuals are consistent across all marketing materials
  • Evaluate branding initiatives and report on their impact relative to cost and company goals
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and creative partners delivering branding projects
  • Work with leadership to align branding investments with direct-response lead generation efforts

What you bring

  • Proven track record running profitable direct response campaigns in real estate or high-ticket local services
  • Experience managing large branding budgets and ensuring ROI from mass media placements (billboards, radio, print, etc.)
  • Hands-on expertise with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and retargeting
  • Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term lead generation goals
  • Experience building funnels (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, etc.) and working with CRMs (Follow Up Boss)
  • Strong creative eye and ability to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Data-driven mindset: you thrive in dashboards and analytics, know your numbers, and adjust quickly
