Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.80/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembly of service parts
• Inspecting service parts
• Picking and packaging service parts
• Making boxes and wrapping shipments
• Inventory counts
• Maintain excellent 5S condition
• Support other areas of the PC department when required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be physically capable of performing the required duties
• Must have an excellent attendance record
• Must have strong performance in current role
• Must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities
• Must demonstrate a high regard for all policies and procedures
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test
