BOXX Modular rents, leases, repairs, renovates, and sells temporary and permanent modular buildings, including standard buildings ready for immediate delivery and custom-designed solutions:

• Mobile office trailers
• Office complexes
• Portable classroom buildings
• Relocatable buildings
• Temporary offices
• Medical and special use buildings for government and private industry

Duties at minimum:

• Cleaning of office trailers and furniture we provide - wash floors, windows, walls, sweep, wax, and buff.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs required to assist in loading stairs and furniture into modular buildings.

Duties for someone more qualified or experienced:

• Ability to be a spotter when moving equipment.
• Change deadbolts and door handles.
• Do VCT floor repair work.
• Change drywall panel.
• Replace baseboard or casing.
• Any experience replacing exterior siding.
• Hanging doors.
• Ability to use power tools.

Driver's license and ability to get to location via car is preferred.
