We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our high-performing team. You will be responsible for overseeing sub-trades and crews across industrial, commercial, and institutional projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Responsibilities
Health & Safety Leadership
- Enforce company safety protocols and lead COR audit processes across NB, NS, and PEI.
- Ensure full compliance with Occupational and Environmental Health & Safety standards on all job sites.
- Coordinate sub-trade crews specializing in the seamless installation of resin-based flooring and wall systems.
- Schedule work based on crew skill sets, project timelines, and job site readiness.
- Conduct pre-job walk-throughs for large and complex projects to confirm all mobilization requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and education.
- Manage warranty work, conflict resolution, and legal escalations when necessary.
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts.
- Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling prep department staff.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Approve labour payments to sub-trades fairly and accurately.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices to Sales Administration.
- Relieve the Sales Manager of non-selling tasks, including technical reviews and cost assessments.
- Facilitate communication among Sales, Territory Managers, and field crews.
- Travel within and outside the province as required.
- Must be available for evening and weekend work depending on project needs.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction coordination or site supervision.
- CET, Engineering background, or PMP certification is considered an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of construction practices, project coordination, and crew logistics.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Fluent in English (verbal, written, and reading comprehension).
- Valid driver's licence in good standing.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on construction sites, using ladders, walking on uneven surfaces, and being exposed to outdoor elements.
- PPE provided; CSA-approved protective footwear required from the start.
