What is ScalePad?

ScalePad is a market-leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company with headquarters in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal and Phoenix, AZ. However, we are proud to say our employee reach is now global so we can best serve our partners all over the world.

Our success is no accident: ScalePad provides MSPs of every size with the knowledge, technology, and community they need to deliver increased client value while navigating the continuously changing terrain of the IT landscape. You can contribute to our innovation and appreciate how your work is helping take this company to a higher level of operational maturity. More on that here.

Your mission should you choose to accept it.

As ScalePad's first GTM Engineer, you'll architect and automate the infrastructure that powers our revenue engine. Sitting within RevOps, this role blends technical problem-solving with commercial thinking-designing scalable systems that remove friction, increase velocity, and drive outcomes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

You'll treat our GTM motion like a product: debugging workflows, identifying growth opportunities, and rapidly experimenting with solutions. You'll be at the intersection of strategy and execution, data and automation, ambiguity and impact.

Responsibilities.

  • Design, prototype, and build automated GTM workflows (lead routing, scoring, enrichment).
  • Own the implementation of internal tooling-Clay, Zapier, HubSpot, n8n, APIs, etc.
  • Create data-driven solutions to support GTM campaign execution and sales enablement.
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to define and execute technical experiments.
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns in the funnel (e.g., reply rates, conversion blockers).
  • Systematize processes across the revenue org as we scale go-to-market functions.
  • Apply strong systems thinking to ambiguous problems and propose structured solutions.
  • Continuously optimize pipeline efficiency, attribution, and revenue impact through automation.

Qualifications.

  • 3+ years in GTM Ops, RevOps, Growth, or Engineering roles with a focus on automation
  • Technical fluency with tools like SQL, TypeScript, Python, APIs, or no-code platform.
  • Experience with CRM/automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, n8n,Zapier).
  • Proven commercial bias: you prioritize business outcomes over technical perfection.
  • Strong curiosity and self-learning mindset-you experiment, iterate, and teach yourself.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and open-ended problem solving.
  • Resourceful, pragmatic, and focused on building MVPs that compound over time.
  • Empathy for sales and marketing teams-how they work, what slows them down, and how automation can help.

What Youll Love Working As A Rocketeer:

  • Everyones an Owner: Through our Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), each team member has a stake in our success. As we scale, your contributions directly shape our future and you share in the rewards.
  • Growth, Longevity and Stability: Benefit from insights and training from our leadership and founder, whose extensive experience in funding and scaling successful software companies creates a stable environment for your long-term career growth. Their proven track record fosters a culture of lasting success.

  • Wellness at Work: Our Vancouver office features a fitness facility, outdoor ping-pong tables
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Weve got you covered with an extensive benefits package with 100% medical and dental coverage fully employer-paid, RRSP matching after one year of employment, and even a monthly stipend to help offset the costs of the hybrid experience.
  • Flexible Time Off: With our unlimited flex-time policy in addition to all accrued vacation allows you to take the time you need to recharge and thrive.
