• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and masking as needed
• Apply primers, paints, and stains using rollers, brushes, or sprayers
• Cut sharp lines around trim, ceilings, and fixtures
• Mix and match paint colours to spec; track material usage
• Clean up daily, store tools and materials properly, and follow all site safety guidelines

• 1+ year of experience painting residential or commercial properties
• Steady hand and attention to detailno drips, streaks, or missed spots
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolds); fall protection ticket is a plus
• Own PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and mask/respirator
• Positive, respectful attitude, especially when working in or around finished spaces or client properties

• Starting at $25/hour, with higher rates for journeypersons or spray-gun specialists
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shifts
• Weekend or night work may occasionally be required to meet project deadlines
