Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is vital to the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring inventory is managed accurately and efficiently while supporting the broader goals of improving warehouse processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Stock Management: Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, store incoming stock in designated locations and accurately record inventory in our system.
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items based on packing slips or ticketing system; securely pack products for shipping.
- Shipping & Tracking: Prepare orders for dispatch, coordinate with carriers, and ensure tracking information is recorded and shared.
- Inventory Tracking: Perform regular cycle counts, help maintain accurate stock records, and report inventory discrepancies.
- Warehouse Optimization: Assist in evaluating and improving warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency.
- General Support: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse; support other logistics and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse logistics role is required.
- Experience with inventory software or ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of operating basic warehouse tools and equipment (pallet jack).
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable in a growing business environment with changing priorities.
