As a Systems Engineer, you'll play a critical role in managing, securing, and evolving Grand & Toy's core infrastructure. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge platforms, support compliance and security, and drive technology projects that make a difference.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and Support Core Infrastructure:
    Oversee Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise storage environments. Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Enhance Security and Compliance:
    Conduct vulnerability assessments, support penetration testing, and respond to security alerts. Work with InfoSec and Audit teams to meet compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOX, NIST), and help enforce security controls across endpoints and cloud platforms.
  • Provide Advanced Technical Support:
    Resolve escalated issues related to systems, networks (Layer 2/3), and platforms—including Cisco networking, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure. Collaborate with IT peers to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
  • Support Projects and Upgrades:
    Contribute to infrastructure modernization, security improvements, and technology rollouts. Assist with deployments, integrations, testing, and change management, while maintaining clear documentation and sharing knowledge with the team.

What Qualifications Do I Need?

  • Enterprise Systems Administration Experience:
    Proven ability to manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware platforms in a production environment.
  • Working Knowledge of Security Operations and Compliance Standards:
    Experience supporting audits, implementing controls, and remediating vulnerabilities (PCI DSS, SOX).
  • Demonstrated Accountability and Independent Problem-Solving:
    Takes ownership of tasks, follows through without prompting, and proactively resolves complex technical issues.
  • Strong Documentation and Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills:
    Communicates clearly and produces well-structured runbooks and process documentation.
  • Experience with Hybrid Cloud Environments:
    Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and supporting modern identity, endpoint, and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Hands-On Use of Security Monitoring and Response Tools:
    Experience with tools such as Sentinel, Defender, or Qualys to enhance threat detection and response.
