Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Canadian business landscape and ability to work with North American clients.
- Experience working with Microsoft Partner ecosystem is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business for Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery meetings, demos, and solution presentations with the support of technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
