Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview:
Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected and fast-growing organization in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the development of annual budgets and long-range financial forecasts
• Prepare financial reports and business updates for senior leadership, investors, and board stakeholders
• Analyze variances against budget and forecast, with a focus on revenue, and identify actionable insights
• Build and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning and investment analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, data-driven decision-making
• Assist in capital planning and infrastructure investment cases
• Monitor risk areas in forecasting and budgeting, and support mitigation planning

Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (CPA/CFA an asset)
• Minimum 3 years of experience building presentations and reports for executive audiences
• Strong knowledge of financial planning processes
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build robust models and visual reporting
• Experience with ERP and FP&A systems
• Excellent communication, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines
