Work Schedule:

Must be available Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM, which includes two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Workers are considered on-call during the week and are typically scheduled for only a couple of days each week.

Job Description:

Responsibilities & Duties:

This position involves a variety of physical and detail-oriented tasks. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Standing for up to 8 hours per day while performing repetitive tasks
• Conducting general cleaning throughout work areas

Performing tomato yield testing, including:

• Determining the usable portion of tomatoes
• Recording initial weight/volume
• Processing tomatoes
• Weighing usable portions
• Calculating yield percentages
• Lifting and stacking items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Working in various weather conditions
• Engaging in physically demanding activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion
• Communicating effectively with team members
• Following instructions and working independently
• Maintaining reliable transportation to and from the work site
• Exhibiting reliability, responsibility, and dependability in fulfilling job obligations
