Starting Salary from: $50,000/year

The Opportunity:As a key member of the People & Culture (P&C) Operations team, the P&C Operations Coordinator will manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees. This role is responsible for executing end-to-end processes with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to a consistent and positive employee experience. The Coordinator will also support continuous improvement initiatives and help streamline workflows across teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate in a dynamic, evolving environment where cross-training, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset are essential to success. Responsibilities:Onboarding
  • Initiate and manage the onboarding process through Jobvite, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
  • Accurately enter and maintain employee data in UKG (HRIS), ensuring compliance with data integrity standards.
Terminations
  • Prepare termination packages for P&C Business Partners, including severance documents, manager scripts, and system updates.
  • Update UKG to reflect termination status and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to finalize departing employees' pay and benefits.
  • Submit IT tickets to deactivate system access and coordinate equipment returns.
Cross-Regional Support
  • Manage onboarding and termination processes for designated regions.
  • Support multi-regional onboarding and offboarding during peak periods or staff absences.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to balance workloads and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve onboarding and termination workflows.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Ensure clear documentation of team standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform periodic data integrity checks and balance designated data fields in UKG.
Education:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or a shared services environment.
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable using HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Jobvite).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Clear, professional communication skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders across regions.
  • Familiarity with onboarding and termination compliance requirements in North America is an asset.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and open to learning new tools, systems, and ways of working.
  • Available for a 6-month term beginning on or around September 2025.
