Job Description:

As a Fundraising Marketing & Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company and our non-profit clients. Your role will involve engaging with the public directly to raise awareness, inspire donations, and build lasting relationships. This is an in-person, full-time position with a positive team culture and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage people in various public locations to present fundraising campaigns

• Educate the community about the missions and goals of our non-profit clients

• Encourage donations and commitments through genuine and respectful communication

• Maintain professionalism and represent Elite Group Marketing Inc. with integrity

• Achieve or exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets

• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

• Collaborate with team members and management to improve campaign success

Requirements:

• Comfortable and confident in face-to-face communication

• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Previous sales or fundraising experience is a plus but not required — we provide full training!
