In this role, you will maintain, service, and repair state-of-the-art industrial ventilation and air filtration systems. Your work ensures that our clients' operations remain safe, compliant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities Service Technician

• Conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of industrial ventilation and air filtration systems.
• Diagnose and repair system malfunctions, minimizing downtime for clients.
• Assist project managers and installation teams with new system implementations.
• Maintain accurate service records and submit detailed reports.
• Participate in ongoing technical training to stay updated with industry advancements and new product features.

Qualifications Service Technician

• 3–5 years of experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic (industrial ventilation or HVAC preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Proficient with tools and diagnostic equipment used in system maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Certifications or training in industrial ventilation, air filtration, or HVAC are considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to various client locations.

Working Conditions Service Technician

• Work is performed at diverse industrial and manufacturing sites.
• May involve exposure to noise, dust, and challenging environments (e.g., elevated platforms or confined spaces).
• Must be comfortable with physical labor and hands-on technical work.

Schedule Service Technician

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits Service Technician

• Annual Bonus: Performance-based (to be determined)
• Health & Dental Insurance: 80% employer-paid (after 3-month probation)
• RRSP Contribution: Up to $2,500 per year
• Paid Sick Days: 5 per year
• Vacation: 2 weeks, no blackout periods
