Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and customization of applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus heavily on development rather than administration and will contribute to several key initiatives aimed at expanding the platform's use across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance applications and workflows within the ServiceNow environment.
Help modernize manual processes—e.g., replacing a physical check-in book with a ServiceNow app that automatically notifies employees when a guest arrives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Customize ServiceNow workflows to support evolving departmental needs.
Support the rollout of four upcoming ServiceNow projects, as interest grows across the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform - they need a ServiceNow Developer - not an admin
Proven ability to build custom applications and automate workflows.
Developer-focused skillset (more so than administrative); coding and customization experience is essential.
