We are a fast-growing fundraising company with over 80 offices across Canada and the United States. Our team partners with well-known non-profits and charitable organizations to raise awareness and long-term donor support. We're currently hiring Customer Service Consultants across the Greater Toronto Area to join our in-person outreach team.
Our office is conveniently located near Toronto Pearson Airport.
Role Overview
Connect with customers in a dynamic and engaging setting
Clearly communicate product and service information with confidence
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account support
Take part in client meetings, promotions, and campaigns that inspire
Maintain accurate records and reports as required
