The Project Coordinator will work closely with our project managers, field staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience in the plumbing/HVAC industry and a strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
- Coordinate daily project activities, materials, and schedules with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
- Review and interpret mechanical and shop drawings to assist with planning and execution
- Manage purchase orders, track material deliveries, and liaise with suppliers
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and change orders
- Prepare, review, and process change orders and assist with project billing
- Support project managers in maintaining project documentation and reports
- Assist in resolving project-related issues to avoid delays or budget overruns
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the plumbing and/or HVAC industry
- Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and shop drawings
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and clients
- Familiarity with preparing and processing change orders and billing documents
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
