Woodbine Nissan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. · Warmly greet customers and ensure a seamless check-in process
· Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate work orders
· Communicate technician assessments clearly and professionally to customers
· Recommend services based on vehicle condition, not just routine maintenance menus
· Ensure repair authorizations are obtained and documented properly
· Provide real-time updates to guests on the status of their vehicles
· Review final work and invoices, ensuring customers fully understand the services performed
· Collaborate with service technicians and parts advisors to ensure smooth workflow
· Maintain follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction after service visits
· Assist team members with various tasks as needed to maintain a high standard of service
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:· Proven experience as a Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred)
· Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Typing proficiency and comfort with digital systems
· Experience with dealership CRM software (ERA/Reynolds experience is a strong asset)
· Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
· Prior Nissan or Japanese brand experience is an asset
· Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule
