Responsibilities
Prepare and submit customs release packages including accurate tariff classification; origin and valuation.
This will include, but not be limited to, documentation review, additional documentation pursuit, data entry, delivery notification instructions and monitoring transactions pending customs release.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, verifying documentation for rating compliance, billing clients for services and providing accurate information and assistance to meet clients' needs.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Customs Tariff and Regulations and a basic knowledge of CUSMA & Free-Trade certificates of origin requirements.
Data entry and computer software; written and verbal communication skills; customer service and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
Candidates should have the following:
Grade 12 education or equivalent along with post-secondary course and/or work in International Trade or similar industry
MUST HAVE: Completion of the CSCB Introduction Course and/or enrollment in the CSCB CCS Designation Course and Certificate
Bilingual French and English a plus
