General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our client's consumer goods manufacturing business. This role is responsible for overseeing the full business operations, strategy, development, growth and business goals are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in a senior leadership position within a consumer goods manufacturing business (food, beverage, cannabis or related) and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the executive team, lead and manage all aspects of the business for growth, profitability and success within a manufacturing environment.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee strategy around budgeting, P&L management, and financial performance to ensure profitability and growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across operations.
• Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and employee development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in a busy, growing consumer goods manufacturing business
• Strong understanding of business leadership and people development within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Target salary 200,000+ depending on experience.
