Part Time Janitorial
We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in the Fredericton area for applicants that have their own means of transportation to & from the job sites, various locations.
Hours would be approximately:
Some positions would be between 3 - 4.5 hours per evening (Monday thru Thursday evenings) and 3 - 4.5 hours on Sunday afternoon's.
Additionally there are some other smaller located which would be Thursday afternoon and some that are just Sundays.

The successful candidates are required to have the following:
- Have a valid drivers license.
- Be flexible with start/finish times, able to adapt with short notice.
- Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
- Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
- Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
- Able to work independently & around people
- A clean criminal record: and be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
- Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and reading.
- Be able to work various locations throughout the city
- Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
- Have an eye for detail cleaning
Job Duties would include but not limited to.
Building Cleaning.
- Sweeping/Mopping
- Disinfecting touch points
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
- Dusting
- General cleaning duties
- Garbage removal
- And more as directed by supervisors.
- Helping co-workers
