What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be responsible for making sure our customers have a smooth and positive experience from order to delivery. If you enjoy chatting with people, solving problems, and keeping things running behind the scenes, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking and processing customer orders by phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Calling customers to take their orders, follow up on any questions and suggest additional items that may be useful.
  • Answering incoming calls in a friendly and helpful way
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Processing e-commerce orders and making sure everything ships on time
  • Attend to walk-in customers on site
  • Reaching out to customers for payments and keeping accounts up to date
  • Reviewing accounts receivable and helping follow up as needed
  • Keeping customer info organized and accurate
  • Working closely with our sales and distribution teams to make sure everything goes smoothly
  • Perform other various administrative tasks as may be required

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Good basic math skills
  • Experienced with using CRM, Order Entry and Account Receivable software
  • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
  • Ability to build a good rapport with customers
  • A pleasant and professional phone manner
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
  • Comfortable working with both the sales and distribution teams
  • Good with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace (especially Gmail)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
