At Impact XM, we create bold, boundary-pushing environments for some of the world's most recognizable brands — and we're looking for a Senior Environmental Designer to help us do it.

If you thrive in a creative, fast-paced setting and love turning ideas into immersive 3D spaces, this is your chance to make your mark. You'll take the lead on designing exhibit and experiential environments that not only look stunning but strategically connect brands with their audiences.

• Lead the design process from concept through to production across a range of industries and clients.

• Bring brands to life by translating marketing objectives and brand guidelines into immersive 3D environments and experiences.

• Create stunning, photo-realistic renderings that tell compelling visual stories.

• Juggle multiple projects with confidence and calm — always meeting deadlines, always pushing the creative.

• Present concepts to internal teams and clients in a clear, impactful, and persuasive way.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, production, and client teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution.

• Stay current on trends, materials, and building techniques to keep your work fresh and future-forward.

• Think like a maker — understanding how your ideas come to life, including construction drawings and fabrication methods.

• Own your work — and help inspire the work of others across the creative team.

• A degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Scenic Design, or related field — plus 7–10 years of experience designing in a creative agency, exhibit house, or related environment.

• Expert-level skills in 3ds Max and V-Ray (must-have!) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong design intuition backed by the ability to strategically solve business and brand problems through spatial design.

• A portfolio that showcases beautiful, immersive, and brand-driven design work.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills — you're comfortable owning a room (or a Zoom).

• The ability to collaborate and lead, while staying organized, proactive, and cool under pressure.

• A passion for experiential marketing, event environments, and creative storytelling.

• You're a visionary with a maker's mindset — you dream big, then figure out how to build it.

• You love a challenge and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

• You're solution-oriented, flexible, and endlessly curious about design, culture, and technology.
