Position: Parts & Service Advisor

Starting Date: Immediately

Supervisor: Gary DiAngleo, General Manager

Job Description:

• We sell service automotive repair and parking lifts
• An affinity for the automotive repair industry will be essential
• Our business is 65% US customers & 40% domestic
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems is preferred
• There are over 200+ field service agents that install & service our lifts
• Visiting and supervising equipment installations will be required
• We prefer candidates that live within 30 km or less from our facility
• Persons must be living here and qualified to work to be considered
• Availability to work within 14 days or less is required after job offer
• We are seeking persons with a desire to advance to a higher level
• Willingness to work overtime when required is necessary
• The employee will report each business day to the TLS facility
• There will be occasional instances where you will supervise work will be done off site
• The may be cases where travel both in Canada & the US may be required
• Written and spoken communication skills in English are a prerequisite
• Ability to work with others in an office environment is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Language Requirement:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential
• French is not required
• Knowledge of French, Spanish or Mandarin would be an asset

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate: Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)
• Experience in factory metal fabrication
• A background working in the automotive equipment industry is preferred

Work Location: One location
