Position: Field / Outdoor Sales Representative

Our company is seeking to build our local sales team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic hunter responsible for new prospecting, closing new business, and increasing overall sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• New sales calls and business development – inside and field
• Research clients with sales potential and build best practices to engage
• Create and present value propositions in line with client needs
• Increase revenues and gross profits
• Update systems and CRM
• Sales of all products including ocean, air, land, customs brokerage, warehousing
• Develop and maintain customer relations
• Out of province travel may be required

Requirements:

• 2 – 4 years of freight forwarding experience
• Experience in sales and business development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literate
• Presentation skills
