Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Provide light housekeeping, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up.
Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
Provide medication reminders to clients, ensuring they follow their prescribed schedule.
Keep accurate records of medication administration.
Document and report the outcomes of client communication and any actions taken.
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
Adhere to care plans and follow all safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred, but we are willing to train compassionate individuals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Must be able to pass a background check.
