Job Responsibilities:
About the Role
This Business Analyst, HR Systems will support the profit-sharing program. The Analyst will work very closely with the Manager, HR systems to support the process. This role is a 12-Month contract.
Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for calculating the allocations for specific group of participants in Magna profit sharing plan
  • Prepare documents and instructions to support the process
  • Provide support to divisional HR teams during the process
  • Analyze data and identify data issues
  • Perform data cleaning

Who we are looking for
  • Excellent analytical and issue resolution skills
  • Strong computer skills including advanced Excel and Access
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of DBMS and SQL
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Your preferred qualifications
  • University degree in information systems, business administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with HR systems (experience supporting Workday / PeopleSoft is an asset)
  • Payroll experience is an asset
  • Experience with programming and coding is an asset
