Plus, Shift Premium for Night Shift: $1.50 / hour

This position is available at our manufacturing facility located in Milton, ON.

A. Job Summary:

Providing materials to the machines to maintain production service functions and put-away finished goods at the staging area in the Warehouse.

B. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

· Provide raw and packaged materials to production area based on production demands in a timely manner so as not to delay or impede the output of the machines

· Storage of finished goods and IP product in designated storage areas in specific locations

· Off loading of incoming raw materials and goods and equipment as required

· Stage product by type for preparation of shipment

· Recording of quantity and location of goods stored

· Performing cycle counts and inventory counts when required

· Use of electric and propane powered counterbalance and reach trucks

· Use wrapping machine to wrap finished product

· Use of RF scanning devices when required

· Perform all housekeeping duties required to keep plant and shipping/receiving areas clean, free of obstructions, and safe and organized daily

· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, including insuring daily truck inspections are conducted, charging and battery checks are conducted, and safe driving practices always

· Participate in all required Keter training programs

· All other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

Skills & Competencies:

· Self-directed, highly motivated team member

· Strong attention to detail

· Basis ability to read, write and speak English

· Basic math skills required

· Manual dexterity required for handling and packaging

· Physical endurance required over 12-hour shift

· Ability to lift up-to 13 kilograms (29 lbs.) required

· Licenses Required:

o Counterbalance (either propane or electric)

o Raymond Reach or Crown Reach

Shift Requirements:

· Continental 12-hour Shifts:

o Day Shift 7:00am -7:00pm or

o Night Shift 7:00pm-7:00am;

· Shift Rotation (7 shifts over 2-week period):

o Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun

o Week 2: Wed, Thurs

· Paid Breaks: 60 minutes total
