We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization! You will assist new clients with insurance applications and work with existing clients to service any changes that need to be made to their policies.

Responsibilities:

• Take accurate and detailed information from all involved parties
• Reply promptly to all customer requests - whether via email, phone or in person

Qualifications:

Applicant should be fully bi-lingual in English and Korean

Applicant needs to have satisfactory computer and typing skills

All training is provided on the job - therefore no prior insurance experience is required
