This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Credit Agent. This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
- Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
- Responding to customer calls and emails;
- Data entry of customer files;
- Credit adjudication (training provided);
- Providing superior professional service to valued clients.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Fluent in both English and French proficiency assessment will be required
- Great Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, quick thinker
- Positive individual with very good attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Punctual, professional and reliable.
Must be willing to work full range of shifts within the following hours:
- Monday or Friday: 8:30am to 9:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
This is an excellent, part-time permanent position with a growing company.
