We are looking for individuals to join our team in helping to provide unforgettable experiences to fans by executing in-stand and on-ice/on-field promotions.

This is a part-time casual role based upon the organizations events, hockey, and lacrosse calendar which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reports to: Producer, Game Presentation

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Ottawa Senators (NHL) and Ottawa Black Bears (NLL) Games

  • Selected members are required to be available for 70% of all Ottawa Senators and Ottawa Black Bears home games.
  • Responsible for executing in-game promotions, giveaways, and contests both in-stand and on-ice.
  • Select participants for in-game promotions by using appropriate judgment and following team guidelines.
  • Shifts will begin 1.5 hrs before opening faceoff and end shortly following the end of game.
  • Host contest winners, performers, and special guests.
  • Work with team members to enhance the overall fan experience at Canadian Tire Centre.

Canadian Tire Centre Events (Secondary Role as Required)
Promotions team members may be asked to work additional Canadian Tire Centre events outside of Senators hockey and Black Bears lacrosse games.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Skating experience preferred. Please list experience level in application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor to connect with fans and create positive interactions.
  • Shows initiative and takes action with an appropriate level of independence.
  • Responsible, reliable, driven, and organized.
  • Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset but not required.
