Join a Global Leader in HVAC as a Supply Chain – Customer Order Entry Administrator! Our client is seeking a Supply Chain – Customer Order Entry Administrator for a 6-month contract position that has the potential to become a permanent role.

Location: Conveniently located in the Hwy 404/407 area, this role offers easy commutability, allowing you to spend less time in traffic and more time focusing on what you do best!
What You Will Do: As a key member of the Supply Chain Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Data Entry (80%): Accurately inputting and maintaining data across various systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supply Chain Support: Assisting in supply chain planning and logistics to meet customer demands effectively.
  • Order Management: Managing purchase order acknowledgments, confirmations, and updates while building strong partnerships with customers.
  • Stock Tracking: Ensuring accurate stock tracking and cross-checking logistics to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Working collaboratively with various departments to address supply chain needs and enhance customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and proactively address them.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage mild pressure situations with composure.
  • A team player who can balance competing priorities with a sense of urgency.
Qualifications:
  • Education: College diploma, university degree, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within operations, supply chain, or customer service. Experience in industrial and/or manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE X3 is an asset) and cross-reference systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: Competitive base salary of $50,000 prorated for the 6-month contract.
  • Growth Potential: High likelihood of the role becoming permanent, with additional perks and a very aggressive bonus structure upon transition.
