Under the direction of the Order Processing Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing all order processing functions in a timely and efficient manner ensuring on-time departures and deliveries.

Responsibilities:• Coordinate daily orders with Distribution, Traffic and 3rd Party warehouses
• Billing of Domestic and Export Orders via SAP
• Assignment and preparation of government documents
• Completing and packaging driver paperwork
• Set up new incoming orders to meet regulatory requirements
• Responding to customer requirements and inquires as necessary
• Liaison with CFIA / USDA / Customer Service / Cold Storages, etc.
• Maintain daily spreadsheets
• Maintain daily and monthly metrics
• Assist and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• High School Diploma or better
• 1 -2 Years Experience
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
• SAP Experience would be an asset
• Order Processing/Logistics Experience an asset
• Strong problem Solving, prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
• Ability to Multi-task and manage changing priorities
